Using OldPain2Go® I can help people dramatically reduce pain levels or even totally remove old pain.
Old Pain refers to pain from an injury or a condition which may be healed or may never heal, that has been diagnosed by a medical professional and they have prescribed or suggested pain control.
You don't have to believe it will work to get a great outcome, all you have to do is want to be pain-free!
Is it Depression, Confidence or Poor Habits?

Hypnotherapy is a psychological therapy, a technique of counselling or psychotherapy using relaxation to enable the client to reach a trance state. In this trance a client’s conscious mind is so relaxed the therapist can communicate directly with their subconscious mind. Suitable suggestions made to the subconscious can result in changes that will enable the client to achieve their goals and live a better quality of life.
Do you have Trauma, Anxiety or PTSD?

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitation and Reprocessing) is fantastic when working with someone suffering with PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and works well for Anxieties, Phobias, Panic Attacks, Trauma and Flashbacks. You could think of these as unpleasant memories with emotions and feelings attached which pop into your conscious mind unasked for causing upset and distress.
Low self worth can hold you back, push people away, stop you from being happy and reaching your goals. I want you to be 100% Happy. Please let me help you be that 100% Awesome.

I am Sally and I Love My Job!

I find it so rewarding helping people make positive changes in their lives, empower them. It is amazing how easy it can be by applying simple logic. And I love “that look” on a client’s face when they reach a light bulb moment or realise they are pain-free!

I also love walking in and around Cranleigh and appreciating the beautiful countryside, meeting new people, reading, cooking, naked trees (in the autumn & winter) and being with my family.

How I got here:

I was born in Surrey, moved to the West Highlands of Scotland at the age of six where I grew up and still think of fondly and enjoy visiting.

Then, at 17, I came down to London where I worked my way up to Lettings Manager in a prestigious property management company. I moved to Cranleigh in 2002 where I have been pleased to make my home and bring up two beautiful children.

I trained as a childminder after the birth of my second child which gave me the option to be a stay at home mum and still work. In 2010 I had had enough of nappy changing and decided it was time for a change.

I believe that one of the reasons counselling and eventually hypnotherapy appealed to me was that 8 months after the birth of my first child I realised that I was in a very dark place. Postnatal depression! I was very lucky with the support that I received from my health visitor. With weekly visits, she helped me turn my life around and got me back on track.

While I was waiting for the NHS, the sensation in my throat continued to worsen to the point where I was obsessively swallowing several hundred times a day. It began to become all-consuming.

Having resisted for some time, I self-referred myself to Sally for remedial treatment. To be candid I was quite sceptical both of the process and the ability of it to work over Zoom. I have been hypnotised before and definitely have seen that medium work well but Sally’s pain2gain process doesn’t use hypnosis so I was entering unchartered territory. I did trust Sally however and entered into the process with as open a mind as possible.

The treatment with Sally was unnervingly simple and lasted less than an hour in one session. The results were also unnerving. My overwhelming urge to continually swallow and clear my throat completely disappeared. This wasn’t due to my own cognitive dissonance – my girlfriend also commented on how little I suddenly seemed to be in pain and discomfort.

I was eventually diagnosed by the NHS with a hiatus hernia. They confirmed that there was no medical reason for me to continually swallow – the issue was entirely psychological. Sadly there is no treatment in the UK for the condition but I was able to get treatment from a Swedish clinic.

I would like to whole-heartedly thank Sally for the life-changing effects of her treatment. My quality of life is now markedly better, I am much more comfortable and significantly less anxious. I am a cynic completely turned around by first hand experience of Sally’s genuinely life-changing treatment.
